Parents pay every Friday in advance for the slot reserved for their child for the following week.  Parents pay weekly tuition regardless of attendance.

Each child is allowed one vacation week per year credited to their account to compensate for major holidays when we are closed. The child cannot attend Kidworks during this one-week vacation period. Normal tuition will be charged during holiday weeks. Kidworks will not charge parents for the Kidworks Cleaning Day.

Kidworks requires a two-week notice if a child will be leaving the center or reducing their scheduled attendance.

A $10.00 late fee will be applied for every 15 minutes a child is picked up after our 5:30 closing time. If tuition is not received by Friday for the following week or by Monday morning at the latest, your child cannot attend and your child care can be terminated. This tuition policy is strictly enforced. Contact the Executive Director should a financial emergency arise.
