Kidworks is open from 6:30am to 5:30pm year-round. Our building is handicapped accessible and we welcome a diverse group of children. Presently 30% of our children come from low-income households.

Your support matters!
Current research demonstrates that the first years of life are the key to success in lifelong learning. The brains of young children are twice as active as those of adults.
During their early years young children are highly influenced by their environment. Kidworks Learning Center offers high quality childcare and education to over 100 children from the Lakes Region in New Hampshire.
Extensive research shows that children thrive when placed in an environment that offers nurturing relationships and age appropriate stimulation in the areas of language, social and cognitive development.

A smart investment in your community.
Long-term studies show that every dollar invested in early education saves more that $7.00 in later services.
Quality early care:
- Reduces demand on social welfare
- Reduces crime rate
- Reduces need for remedial programs
- Reduces repletion and drop-out rates in later grades
- Reducing time lost by parents from work
Presently over 60% of two parent families with children under six are families in which both parents work. High quality, affordable childcare is essential in order to assure a reliable work force for area businesses.

Why does Kidworks need your help?
Private tuitions and state tuition reimbursements only provide partial support for the programs offered at Kidworks. Kidworks is grateful for the support from the Town of Meredith, Lakes Region United Way and Meredith Village Savings Bank. Additional fundrasing is required to meet the actual cost of care for children attending the center. Without this additional help Kidworks cannot continue to offer the high quality childcare and education our community depends on.
